The Geek squad installed my new 55" TV efficiently and explained the process in terms that I could understand. Unfortunately, he informed me that the One connect wiring that comes with this TV is not rated for in-wall placement, so he could not wire it with invisible wiring to my receiver. That was disappointing but not his fault, and he looked up the cable that is rated for in-wall installation and offered to install it later. However, Samsung and other vendors do not have it in stock. The technician cleaned up everything after the installation and removed the box but failed to leave the owner's manual with me before departing.

Very nice and professional. They asked my opinion of where the TV mount and bracket would be placed prior to the work being done. We were very pleased!

The tech did a great job taking down the non functioning old TV and replacing it with the new purchase. He made a few minor adjustments to the wall mount and in the end the tv was perfectly placed on the wall. He was a real professional.

The mounting was completed in a very professional manner.

The installation team was professional and capable. They wore shoe guards and suggested several options to install the tv once they saw our tv viewing space. They had additional items on their truck to complete the installation based on our walls. Also, they concealed the wires and setup the tv.

Antonio & his assistant were extremely professional & knowledgeable to install our new TCR 55" TV & TCR sound bar. They worked well as a team & I was very happy to have them pair up our new TV & Astound cable & then, show us exactly what we needed to know.

The guys that installed and setup my TV, Audio, and Wi-Fi system were really outstanding! I could not imagine it being done better. My only complaint is that in their enthusiasm to clean up all of the packaging debris they took the manuals that came with the equipment. I have been able to obtain most of the manuals online.

These two folks were efficient, fast, careful, and knew what they were doing. Highest rating. I was so pleasantly surprised. They were helpful with arranging cables.

The TV was mounted and up and ready in a short time frame. All involved were super nice and helpful.
