Did a great job!!! Very professional! Would use again!!

The agents installed and set up my TV. They were knowledgeable, friendly and made sure I was happy before they left.

Good service and good price. If you need to cut holes in wall to run wiring or add electrical outlets they cant do that but we were satisfied for the price.

1st smart tv and I an enjoying it. Installed quickly and then took me through the needed info especially the remote!

Explained everything after setting up. Had me use LG remote before he left so I could yse all the apps, etc. Then took away everything I no longer needed to be recycled.

The agents were very professional and helpful with questions that I had. They programmed my remote so I’m only using one remote. I learn something each time when the Geek Squad comes to my house to set up any equipment that I have purchased.

The techs showed up asked us how and where we wanted the screens placed. The fireplace mount required a box on the side for wires and they make it look so easy. All wires were hidden and it was centered perfectly. It was a little pricey but worth the time and hassle as they were very quick, placement was spot on and left no mess.

The technicians were very prompt in communicating and being on time. Even though me and my wife was busy with working from home and home schooling of our son. They did an incredible job of getting the installation perfectly and completing it faster than we expected.

I wish that I remembered the names of the gentlemen that did the instillation! They were both so sweet and made sure that they did the instillation exactly where I wanted it. Masks and shoe booties were warn without request! The whole thing only took about 30 minutes!

Great agents. Professionals to say the least! Came in my home with masks and it was appreciated and were quick and efficient with mounting my tv on the wall. I would highly recommend Best Buy and there geek squad to anyone. Thanks again for everything!

They were so nice and so quick. They stayed around until the TV could be tested at all angles, making adjustments as they saw as needed.

Geek Squad arrived on time and installed/mounted our TV in good time. They were courteous, professional and timely. Cleaned up after themselves, and carried off all boxes.

The technician removed an old hanging bracket and installed a new one and replaced the TV. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Great job!
