The guys uninstalled the old tv and removed the mount, took out new tv and installed the mount and had it mounted and operational in no time.

This was a great product to purchase it when hand-in-hand with my new 43 inch TV that was installed. It was a simple process and I'm now enjoying excellent programming.

Was very professional and kept me aware of his time delays. Set up TV, mount and explained how to use new remote. Very patient and did a great job!

So I used a competitor first to save a few bucks! You get what you pay for! The TV was hung crooked and they hung it on drywall alone with cords showing! I do have a tricky setup but the Geek Squad showed up and knew exactly what to do! They were more expensive but worth every penny to get it done perfectly!

Looks like an excellent TV mount. Turns out, my old mount worked just fine thanks to the Geek Squad's excellent technician, so I returned this product.

The agents were super friendly and knowledgeable. They were efficient in mounting my existing TV above a fireplace and very careful in delivering a new bigger TV upstairs through a narrow staircase. Very happy with the service, definitely worth the cost.

The installers showed up on time, went right to work and were finished ahead of schedule. They set up and explained all they did and how to use all the features on the tv, sound bar, adjustable mount and remotes. Not only efficient, but courteous and friendly.

The agents mounted my tv above the fireplace with ease and get it connected to all my device. They test all the features on the tv working perfectly. They connect the tv with my sound barr too and maje it to work perfectly. Even gave best suggestions to place my woofers.

We had Geeks mount our new tv, and they connected it to all our devices. Then we had them back again to move it to the other side of the room after we rearranged our furniture. The installers showed up on time and did a great job with the installation and wiring of the various components. They wall-mounted two tv's and ran the cables through the walls as I had requested, resulting in a very clean looking job. I am very pleased with the service provided.

The Geek squad was as good as advertised, showed up on time, worked well together, did minor calibration of TV, and configured all my devices, even ARC into my receiver. Showed me how to use features, did not leave until I was satisfied. Excellent and professional service
