having geek squad make an in home visit to mount our new tv perfectly is the only way to go. this particular tv did get have a lot of components hooked up to it so installation was relatively simple but even so, i would not hesitate to use the geek squad again.

Best Buy installed our wall mounts quickly and easily. The mounts are securely in place and the techs were very polite and cleaned up behind themselves. I thought the price was a bit much for the minimal time involved, but they did something I was unable to do. A good, but pricey, service when you have no alternative.

We had purchased a 75" TV that I had originally installed and after setting it up realized it was defective. I set up an appointment to have the TV replaced. The Geek Squad came in, took the defective TV down, replaced it with the new TV. They were professional, neat, and quick.

I had multiple things for the Geek Squad to do and they had it done very quickly. I didn't have to stand there and watch them, they did their thing and explained everything at the end. Extremely helpful, friendly and on time! EXCELLENT

Crew did an excellent job. They were careful to protect my furniture from dust and cleaned up the worksite. Also they saved my money by telling me that the HDMI 2.1 cables I bought would not improve my TV or soundbar performance for the inputs I was using.

the agents came over on time and installed the tv mounting brackets, tv, and connected it all up to use with my playstation, wireless internet etc....all to use from just one remote. they also installed the stereo system that i bought from them as well at the same time. it has been great.

The delivery guys did a great job removing my old tv and re-using my bracket. The had the new one up very quickly and got everything hooked up and running!!! They were also patient with my questions!
