The installer did a great job of installation. He was quick and efficient completing the installation process. He set everything up, tested everything and showed me how to use it. He answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with the delivery and installation service.

Two different Geek Squads came to our home to install TVs. Both squads were very professional, explaining everything they were doing and instructing us on all the steps we needed to follow to use the tv properly. They cleaned up all the packing materials and their tools and even vacuumed the carpet before they left!

The agents were able to figure out how to mounted my TV. It was a bit tricky but they were able place the TV perfectly in the upper middle of the wall and connected it to all my devices. Will definitely be using them again when I get a couple more TVs for the house!

Everything went fine it was probably a job someone else could do but I could not do. I wanted it done right. I did not like the fact that the scheduling was very far out but that was out of my control. The service person showed up on time did the job cleaned up no problems.

I had an excellent experience with technician Andrew Buenaventura at the Stockton Best Buy. Andrew installed and mounted a 55 inch TV . He was on time for his appointment and able to answer all questions. However not so great with the in store clerk she sold me the wrong TV mount.

I like that he was there at the scheduled time. He was knowledgeable and made sure everything was working. Very satisfied.

Most excellent service! Nice guys! They know what they are doing! Brought all the tools and necessary equipment with them and did all the work correctly the first time! Wow!

I bought 3 televisions from Best Buy (all Samsungs; varying sizes) and paid for their installations. The installations were done effectively and quickly. I had all 3 t.v.s installed on walls. The technician was professional and friendly. Great job and great t.v.s.

If I could give ZERO stars, I totally would. 1. When I called to purchase and setup a mounting appointment, I was very specific in stating that my TV was 77 inches, going in drywall above the fireplace. I mentioned several times that I wanted the cords hidden behind the wall. The lady said ‘no problem’, the service includes hiding the cords. She emails me the receipt and I immediately tell her that the size of the tv she selected is wrong; she selected 55 inch and under when she should have selected over 65 inches. She tells me it doesn’t matter because they’re all the same price, so I just go along with it… 2. Appointment day is here. The window of service says between 7am-7pm. I haven’t heard anything from them all day, and when I call them at 6:50pm, they tell me they aren’t sure what happened, and that they may have to call me back in 24 hours to reschedule. I ask if they are going to compensate me for the day of work I took off as well as another day I may have to take off as well?? 3. 7:30pm rolls around and I get a call from a random number. It’s the contractor with geek squad who is supposed to be installing my tv. He’s 15 minutes away. He shows up, and he’s great! He’s kind, he explains that they are very busy due to the holiday season… I totally understand, I appreciate him putting in the OT to come and work on my home. He sees the TV and tells me the order was for a 48 inch TV, not a 77 inch TV… oh yeah, and he can’t hide the cords… WHAT??? So how am I supposed to put my electric fireplace back in the insert if the cords will be running through it? He explains to me that the lady who took my order should have told me I would need something called a power kit, and that it’s an easy installation to put that in the wall, but he doesn’t have one with him because he wasn’t given any details on scope of work I was needing. I don’t blame him, I blame the lack of attention to detail on the support staff. I essentially paid 270 bucks after taxes just to have someone come and place a few screws in my drywall and help me lift up my TV, something i could’ve done by myself in 15 minutes. Nonetheless, I was very kind to the technician at my home and slid him a tip on the side for the holidays. But I didn’t waste any time calling my bank to dispute and file a claim to get a refund for the services I did not receive.

Recently purchased a 4K TV and wanted it mounted on a cinder block wall in our downstairs living room. This was a task too big for me to tackle. Best Buy Geek Squad came in and were extremely professional, explained what they were going to do, and most importantly...cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with this service!

I had a TV installed as a surprise gift for my parents and the service professional who installed it was fantastic. He followed up with me multiple times before the install date to ensure they would be ready. My parents were thrilled. Couldn't be happier.

Install was smooth and quick. The guys came equipped to handle any change or upgrades I wanted to make on site and offered great insight. 10/10

They were incredibly efficient. They were supposed to come with two TVs, but the warehouse only gave them one. It wasn't their fault, so I won't penalize them for the warehouse's fault.

The tech. who installed the tv, did a good professional job, I thought the price of $300.00 to deliver, install, and remove the old tv was very high. I am a widowed senior citizen, so I had no other choice, THIS TIME!

Fantastic value for the money. Easy to install and the menu guide is easy. The Samsung app built into the tv has many additional movies as well at no extra charge. You should get a soundbar. Geek squad did a great job but is pricey. If you are handy I am sure you could hang it yourself.
