The guys from the Geek Squad got the TV and Sound Bar mounted on the wall quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after themselves and took a great amount of time to show us how to work the TV and Sound Bar!

My tv was mounted to my wall well, and I am able to use it. However, I bought a sound bar and speaker as well, along with something to hide the wires. None of these things were set up by the tech. They are still in the box, the wires are exposed. I went to Best Buy to have these things taken care of and was told it would cost me over $300. I decided to take care of it myself. I was hoping my handyman would do it, but he has been sick for the last week, and I don't know when he will be well to do this last little bit - drill 2 holes - so the sound bar can be mounted. I feel very frustrated with the whole situation. I don't know what to do.

These two were very professional, very clean and very quick. They had my 85 inch TV up on the wall in 20 minutes.

Geek Squad team did checked the wall carefully. Joshua wanted the mount is very securely fixed on the wall , so he made sure the mount was mounted on the beam behind the sheetrock. After all set, he make sure all wires are place and attached to back of the TV to make sure all were neat

The geek squad team who installed 2 flat panel tv's-one over a fireplace and another on wall in large bedroom, did a wonderful job and installed the mounts perfectly centered and where I wanted them to be. They did great on clean up and no damage at all with the tv's or the walls they were mounted on.

Agents carried new TV in, set-up and connected all devices and remotes. Moved old TV. Very accommodating. Appreciate that they take the hard work out of setting up a new TV.

They did a great job and left everything cleaner than they found it. Ezra was very communicative before he came out and during the whole process to make sure I was satisfied. Patiently went through options and recommendations with me. They ran cabling in the wall and mounted the TV and soundbar. Recommended I run an extra HDMI in the wall while they were there for future use in case I wanted to hook something else up. Low and behold 2 weeks later I needed it and was sooo glad it was already there and easy peasy.

The squad arrived on time and removed my old tv and mount and placed it in my spare room. Then in installed a new mount and my new tv. They also connected and set it up working right away. Great service!

The agent installed and made sure my TV was working perfectly before leaving. The agent was very professional and nice. He explained everything I needed to know about my TV and how to navigate through my TV.

The guys were quick, professional and respectful of my home. our 75" TV was mounted on the wall, with the cables hidden. The techs arrived on time, explained what was to be done and how it would be done, and after I approved the location, did it quickly with a full clean-up afterward. Could I have done it myself? Yes, but it would have taken me longer to figure out what needed to be done, gather the tools, try to understand the instructions and arrange a friend to come and help lift and hold the TV. For the price it was well worth it to not have to hassle with this two person job, and to have people who knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. Their teamwork was pretty good, too, with each one doing part of the job concurrently.

The geek squad did a fabulous job in installing and mounting my television. They also showed me how to work the television and navigate the remote with very little effort. Overall, it was a good experience

I was highly please with this mounting service. The job was done rather quick, and the service techs made sure to position the TV exactly where asked. They also assisted in TV setup, overall, I am pleased.

Enrique and his partner (sorry I can’t remember his name) were the best thing that could have happened to me, I have been enjoying the set up arrangement, they eliminated extra wires and all of the devices are working perfectly.
