The agent mounted a tv and installed a sound bar for my son at his new house and the agent was super nice and professional.

Geek squad agents mounted the new TV and got everything connected.

the wall installation was great It was done fast and professionally. Unfortunately the sound bar could not be used and we will have to purchase another sound bar

Came in by appointment time or less, actually, was in & out in half hour changing out old tv from existing wall mount, and tied off all the cables & boxes out of sight- bought them lunch - lol, great job guys

The guys that came out were very friendly and knew exactly what to do. They cleaned up after installing the 85” TV on the wall.

The mounting of our 85" Samsung QLED TV was not typical as it had to be mounted in our church sanctuary. The installers got it EXACTLY they way we needed. I (the pastor) was VERY impressed. It took them less than an hour to get it mounted & set up.

They got the work done yet left the issue on the other wall and I still need to resolve it. I had to push to get them to get a part I needed to finish the job. The new install looks awesome.

Cam was timely, efficient, and extremely respectful and neat with the installation. He also took the time to show me all of features of our new TV. Outstanding service.

Had my TV installed and as he was installing we had a neighborhood power outage! My tech was so nice and waited till the power came back on and finished installing my TV. He did a great job would highly recommend hiring the Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad guys that came to my house were just great. They were extremely polite, respectful of my things, knew their stuff, explained everything thoroughly, did a great job, and probably left the area cleaner than when they got there. I would recommend them highly!

The installer was knowledgeable courteous and proficient. The product was up and running in no time. The area was left neat and clean and the trash was taken away.

The agents mounted the tv to the wall and connected to all devices. They also had to re-route the Directv cable in the basement, running it up through the wall and did so with minimal disturbance to anything.

I purchased a wall mount at Best Buy based on the salesperson recommendation and arranged for installation. When the installers arrived, they quickly set to work and found the the mount I'd purchase would not work for my tv. They explained the situation, and fortunately, they had a mount on the truck that would be the correct size. The installers were knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient, and after they connected my television to the cable box, they tied the cables together and showed me which of the remotes I needed to use for the services on my TV.
