Jordan was amazing! Along with his helper Jordan installed three TVs despite me not having the right equipment (he had all the right things in his van). He showed me how to use everything and was very professional and cleaned up after himself. This service is indispensable!!! Thank you Geek Squad

The geek squad was great. They actually called when they were 20 minutes away. No one seems to call these days. I had purchased a tv mount from another website. It was the correct mount. They brought a mount that fit perfectly. They put it up quickly and properly. They were courteous. Very well done.

Geek Squad (Sterling and Melena) where great to work with. Arrived on time,did the install and set a up the equipment without any issues. Programmers remotes and made sure everything was working and we were satisfied before leaving. Highly recommend them.

The Geek Squad team was very professional in their attitude and appearance. Consulted with me on placement of my TVs and explained their decision making. Taped out where TV would be on fireplace and large walls before making holes. They were very careful with the equipment being installed and to ensure the minimal drilling of holes into walls/brick (measure twice, cut once). Wore protective covering on their feet. I had a TV that was damaged out of the box. They took care of the return/reorder and will be back out this week to install the new one. I bought the Totaltech membership and the install was at no additional cost to me. The membership is worth it if you don't want to install it yourself.

I had my new 75in tv installed and the guys were quick and helpful. Definitely would have Best Buy install more.

Geek squad came and took down the existing TV and wall mount, installed the new mount and TV. They set up everything prior to leaving and answered any questions we had.

The agent helped to remove the old mount and mounted the new TV at the appropriate requested height. This was done very quickly.
