Jose and his helper were outstanding, polite & great. would highly recommend. They installed a wall mount and 75" t,v, even had "spare" parts (to purchase) in case we did not have everything, so they could do in 1 trip!

The agent mounted my TV according to my desire. Connected the TV. There was a problem. Call Comcast. They had a problem that was fixed in two days. It was Comcast’s problem. Geek squad did everything correctly. Happy with their service.

Jarod Heintz was my installer! He was so fast getting my 75” TV mounted and he took the time to walk me thru the set up. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the product as well as explaining all the functions the TV offered. He listened intently to any conveniences I requested from my TV and he educated me on how to access them if I wanted to make any further changes! My TV’s technology was intimidating at first but he made it very easy for me! I would be stumbling around had Jarod not been here to make it such a pleasurable and educational experience! Thanks Jarod!

The team that did the install were one of the sub contractor teams and they were fantastic. They were extremely professional and friendly. I would have them to an install in the future.

The agent mounted my TV as easy as 1.2.3.. He also programmed and setup the television. Overall job well done. Once you have discovered a good tech; I would like to request that tech all the time. I don’t like having a different Geek Squad Agent for each assignment.

Excellent service from one of your contractors (Mcknight Electronics) They were very professional and the TV mount is excellent. no visible cords. I am so pleased. I would have them back to install any other devices that I obtain.

The team came in and set up the TV. Very professional and friendly. When they were done they took away all the boxes.

The agents who mounted our new TV’s (2) on the walls with no issues and connected our remotes. They answered any questions we had. They also followed COVID 19 CDC guidelines by masking up & putting booties on their shoes.
