they were quick and nice, and i appreciated them making sure it was mounted well and in the right place. giving 4 stars cuz one of the techs spoke so quiet i could barely hear him but other than that, service could be cheaper or included aside from bracket when ur spending over 2k on the tv but overall good service

The agents were very courteous and mounted the tv without difficulty. We have had problems with our Harmony remote and they are supposed to return to replace that device. It is just taking a bit longer than we hoped.

Squad was on-time and worked quickly but carefully. Very professional. Cleaned up after installation. Took plenty of time to explain the new set-up.

Robert and Nate did an awesome job connecting our TVs They set up an Amazon Fire Tv and did some troubleshooting on a Samsung TV that wasn’t recording to the TiVO. Very respectful and professional.

The Geek Squad mounted both TV's in record time. They were friendly and very efficient. They made sure I was satisfied with each wall mount location before they started. I am very please my Geek Squad Service and thanks to Best Buy for offering the Geek Squad service to the customers who need it. I buy all my electronics from Best Buy because they do offer the Geek Squad service and their Total Tech Plans.

The installers were just a little bit late but did a very good quality job I was very pleased with the effort that they took to make sure that everything is lined up right and they gave me a overview on what it was to how to operate the TV and sound bar

Installer was fantastic! Made light conversation and provided thoughts/recommendations on actual height of the TV. Would highly recommend the tech! However, it tool almost ~3 weeks to get it scheduled.
