The Geek Squad agents David and Kenny were great. These guys installed my mom's TV and she loves it. Each time they come out they ask how my mom is doing and tell me to tell her hello! great service and customer service!

Excellent TV Mount ~ It holds the weight of my New 85” Samsung

The agents came on the promised date to hang my TV on the wall. The job was meticulously done in relative quick time. After hanging the TV up on the wall, the agents also hooked up the TV to the cable box and made sure everything was working correctly and that I understood the technological lingo before they left. Upon leaving, they took out the empty TV box and disposed of it. This is the third TV which the Geek Squad have hung up for me and I have no complaints about their workmanship. I am a happy Best Buy customer. Thank you so much to Best Buy and the Geek Squad.
