Agents installed all my devices. Explained the "how tos" so that we nontechnical people could understand.

They did quick and complete job of setting up my old plasma tv in this new stand and answered my questions.

Great and quick set up. Guys where polite professional and helpful with any questions we had.

Paid for delivery, mounting and setup at the premium price $149.99 and was told that hauling away the old tv would be extra, be aware that the premium price does not include hauling the old tv away. I chatted with Best Buy several times and that’s what they told me.

Two things I was disappointed with the installation. The first is that the installation technicians took my packaging box with them after I asked them not to. They initially put the box behind my sofa and when they left I didn’t notice that they took it with them. I really wanted it for future transportation purposes. The second issue was that the technicians didn’t start the mounting screws by hand before they used an impact drill to speed the tightening of the screws, which I question if using an impact drill is a good idea. Hopefully, when I upgrade this product in the future the screws and internal nuts aren’t cross threaded. My trust and excitement disengaged my reasoning and responsibility.

The geek squad came to set up my new 55 inch tv with a wall mount. They did a professional job in a short period of time. I was satisfied with their service and would recommend them. They followed up with a good cleanup of the open box and the opened accessories.

Mounted the TV with no issues and verified that the TV was at the level we needed. Helped with making sure the power cord coming from the Wall would work with the TV as well.

The squad mounted it to my specifications and then moved it 4 inches when I changed my mind without any complaint. Picture quality is best I've ever had!

Work performed professionally and on time. They cleaned up after the installation. We have used Geek Squad and have been pleased with their work.

The guys arrived on time to mount TV and had some good suggestions about placement. They got everything connected and cleaned up after themselves. It’s a great service but I think it is too expensive for 30 minutes of work.

Mounting these large TV's can be a little tricky. My installation proved to have a few unique issues. However, the Geek Squad guys made my install a flawless near perfect installation. Everything looks great and functions perfectly. The various other electronics in my home were all added and synchronized to function perfectly also. One unexpected thing with my installation was my Geek Squad crew's sanitizing and doing everything possible to keep me, my home, my electronics. as well as themselves sanitized and as safe as possible. Their obvious trained and practiced techniques left me with no concern or fear of spreading of COVID-19! Hats off to Best Buy and my local Best Buy store for having my crew on their staff!

the geek squad installed 2- 65 inch t.v.'s and one 75 inch t.v in less than one hour...one install was on a brick wall. they left the room cleaner then when they came in. they programmed all the remotes and set up all the t.v formats
