I absolutely appreciate the two Geek Squad members that came out. They were very considered of your home. They were professional and very knowledgeable.

Guys that came out were great. Speedy, professional, and installed perfectly. They answered my dumb questions with respect and didn't leave a mess. Definitely worth not doing it myself.

The Squad was professional , courteous, efficient. I have mounted televisions before . it was a pain. I will not even think about doing it if I can get the Greek squad to do it, period.

Geek squad unpacked tv, sound bar and speakers with no issues. Set it all up and made sure it all worked. No rush , answered all questions.

the two installers surveyed the space and facilities carefully then went about their work rapidly and effectively. they encountered a few unforeseen problems, but worked around them skillfully and left the finished installation quite neat.

had a tv and bluray w/ speaker system from best buy that I setup myself several years ago, for the past several years, could never get the audio lined up with dvd or bluray movies. When I upgraded another tv setup w/ best buy, I got offered the Geek Squad installation services, best money (and modest charge at that) I spent out of the whole purchase was having them come restore the connections on the older system, they found where a wire had broke on one of the speaker connections, and - tidy'd up the entire cable connections into a very respectable and more functional audio / video experience. So happy with the results, very pleased with Best Buy and Geek Squad. They sent two guys out and they were very polite, professional and expedient. Thumbs Up all the way!!!

The Geek squad came into my home. Done what they had to do so professional. And they were very friendly. They wore face masks the whole time they were there. I would definitely want the same crew they sent me

The Geek Squad did a great job mounting my TV. They taped the area the TV would hang, to make sure we were happy. Then verified everything was working with the devices attached to it. It looks great and I am grateful for their service.

Best Buy's local installer; Aaron, has done an excellent job in our home with all installs of our televisions, speakers, etc. His attention to detail and work ethic is a plus for Best Buy!
