Agent was very efficient and professional. He had the TV mounted and tuned very quickly. He hauled my old 36" Sony away that in itself was a job. I would recommend Geek squad to anyone.

Installers were not Geek Squad because we needed a quick install at our office for a conference room/zoom meeting room. The installers came promptly, worked quickly, were pleasant, and did an excellent job.

The install went quickly. The only thing that I would recommend that is if you are also having them program a remote, please let them know that they might need one of their computers to complete the programing.

Mounted new tv on my articulating mount, moved old tv to new wall mount in master bed room, all great, clean, and professional. New lg tv quit after 8 hours use, Best Buy was very fast and installed new replacement. HAPPY CAMPER!
