The Geek squad did a great good in a minimum amount of time. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the fact that they did not carry any HDMI cables on their truck. All I had were 6 ft. cables and they needed a 12 ft. cable for the new installation. I had to run out to a local Staples store and get the cable so they could complete the installation. Fortunately, the Staples store had one left in the store. (I would certainly have been willing to pay for any parts required for installation. I guess I just assumed that they would carry equipment, such as HDMI cables, that might be required. I am sure there are some people out there that probably would have not had any HDMI cables.)

The mount for the TV works great. The guys installed it in no time. Great team to work with.

Three members of the Geek squad arrived & completed the job of installing my new Sony & connecting several devices. They also provided with helpful information and tips.

Although I asked for a Geek Squad delivery, a contract delivery person was dispatched to deliver and install the TV. Since I also asked for a hall-off of my old TV which was very large and heavy and needed two strong men, they only sent 1 person. I had informed the delivery customer service in several phone calls that it would require 2 strong men. We even had to re-schedule the delivery because the first delivery person was a single woman and could not of done the hall-away alone. I’m am very disappointed that no one read the customer service notes!

He did an excellent job installing the tv, making the necessary adjustments, and cleaning up the area afterwards.

The geek squad (Peter) installed TV on the wall perfectly, unfortunately we didn’t have the wireless cable box but he was kind enough to offer to come back!

The guys did a great job mounting and setting up the TV. It was a little bit tricky, since we were putting the unit on the fireplace where the previous set was located. The guys figured it out quickly and everything turned out perfectly.

Why worry when Best Buy has trained professionals that will do the installation quickly professionally and it will be right.
