Ran into some problems so he called Best Buy to have them install. The gentlemen that arrived were very professional knowledgeable and courteous. They installed the unit quickly.

GEEK SQUAD- Professional and Knowledgeable

Had problems at first with staying on the internet but when they came out, THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW TO USE EVERYTHING, EVEN THE ROUTER, and I have NOT had any problems since. Worth every penny.
