It was fantastic to have Best Buy deliver and install the TV for me, especially when it would be difficult to load, carry, and install alone.

Unless you have a brilliant handyman at home, the technical wizardry of the Geek Squad lives up to it's name. Only thing, I am demanding and it took an actual Geek Squad guy to do it perfectly well. Two other hires prior were dismal.

I would highly recommend getting total tech and having geek squad install your TV. They make sure everything is centered and connected, and all without a mess.

Geek Squad (Brian and another associate) arrived on time. Were friendly and professional. Knew what to do and installed new TV in no time. Adjusted picture and sound to my liking and explained what he was doing. I had purchased a new wall mount as my current TV was so old, didn't know if old bracket would work. Brian checked it out and told me they could use old wall mount and I could return new one. He didn't take advantage of me when he easily could have and install the new one, but told me to take it back to store and get a refund!! Took away the TV box and all the styrofoam that came it with it. No mess anywhere when they left. Very pleasant gentlemen and worked very efficiently.

Geek squad installed quite easily and quickly. No problems with installation. Lots of extension and/or angle adjustments. I mounted an 80 inch Samsung and it worked very well. No problems or complaints.

The agents showed up on time, delivered, mounted and setup the tv, even in the pandemic. They took extra precaution and practiced safe distancing, wore masks and still were very friendly and fast. Thank you.

The guess came around the time they told me and did a great job by making sure I was happy with everything. Gave good recommendations as well. Cleaned up pretty good as well. Wish they would be the ones that did all my installations.

The Technician came on time, respected our safety, explained what was needed and requested our input regarding the mounting of our TVs. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with the work that he completed.

The agent who came out to mount my tv was the best. he was on time for the job and did a wonderful job with the tasks at hand. I would surely be seeking his services again
