Super young man, very efficient & polite. Mounted 3 tvs I bought on black Friday in less than 1.5hrs. Excellent work, clean, & fast.

I was a bit nervous that the Geek Squad team wouldn't be able to mount my television higher than where they originally mounted the previous, smaller television, but they got it done with no problems!!!

The geek squad crew was very experienced at mounting large screen televisions. They were friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend using them to install a large tv.

Kai and Joe were great. They took the time to plan out the install before doing any work. They informed us that we could do a bigger TV on the wall that we have and if we didn't want to do that they'd be happy to install what we currently had. I was convinced enough to purchase a larger TV. I had them come back to my house and they truly did a great job and were a lot of fun to work with

The team was outstandng. Mounting the tv was done after having to make some changes from the way the old mount was done. They were very informative and kept the social distancing while working.

I love the Geeks. They hung all my TV's and they look great. They are very neat and they do not leave a drop of litter in your home. They clean up good after themselves.

I paid $200 to have the TV mounted, installed, and I thought hooked to my devices. Apparently a sound bar and sub do not count because there was an extra $50 charge for that. That was not mentioned prior to the installation even though I told them a head of time what all I had to hook up. Also kept telling me how crappy my mounting bracket was and trying to get me to buy theres even though I've used this brand for years. Granted this is a much larger TV, but the bracket is rated for it. My installers were knowledgeable and friendly however. They explained things as they were going and made sure to show me how everything worked. If something goes wrong in the next few years it could come in handy. If you know what you're doing probably just do the work yourself and save the money, unless you want the protection plan.

Great pair of installers. Arrived within the scheduled time. 2 sets installed without damage, cleaned up both areas meticulously. Both individuals were polite and knowledgeable of their task. Thank you Best Buy!

The install team did a complete, thorough job of setting up my TV mount and connecting the TV to all of my devices while helpfully explaining all the way.

The agents wore protective footgear and masks, were friendly and professional, and cleaned up. My installation required install on a firewall with metal studs. The crew installed with no problem.
