Arrived on time and mounted my new tv. Took time to make sure my internet connection was working with the tv and went over how to access/change features on tv.

the agents worked well together and explained their safety protocols well. They installed 2 tvs, inwall power sources and sound bars. I will use geek squad again.

Mounted new tv on my articulating mount, moved old tv to new wall mount in master bed room, all great, clean, and professional. New lg tv quit after 8 hours use, Best Buy was very fast and installed new replacement. HAPPY CAMPER!

The installer got the old TV and mount off quickly and the new mount and TV installed in a jif! Also had it hooked up so surround sound worked and did all the set up on the TV for the remote. Great service
