While mounting my 85" TV the team noticed that the mount I purchased in advance was more complicated and expensive than necessary. They had a more appropriate mount with them which I was able to purchase and they could use right away. Super clean mounting job, they found the appropriate wood studs and levelled everything. Very happy with the final job.

The agents were able to mount my tv very quickly. They were extremely nice and very professional.

The techs did a great job taking my old TV down and installing the new TV and sound bar. They were great to have in our house and knew their business very well.

I was set up by a third-party contractor. He was not equipped with tools to do a fill wire concealment as I hopped for. The tech informed me that his partner called out on him so I actually had to help him lift the TV myself which was an 83-inch OLED display. Notwithstanding, the tech was a good dude and made sure the setup was as good as I could hope for under the circumstances. I appreciate him and his efforts.

Had the Geek Squad install a TV wall mount. They were punctual, professional and performed an outstanding job. Great disposition! Highly recommended!

The agent mounted my TV, set it up, explained several features on the remote and took away the old TV. Agent came on time, set up a social distancing area, wore a mask and was very courteous.
