Geek Squad did a great job...removed the old 78 lb Plasma off my Sanus Mount on the wall, redid the hole pattern to line up with the new TV and mounted my new 77" OLED LG. No way did I want to chance damaging the screen, nor did have the means to get the TV home and at my age, why chance damaging it. They made all the hook ups and did some wire management. Showed us how to use the Smart features on the new TV. Removed all the packaging material....although I was tempted to put the big box out with the recycle material just to make my neighbor wish he had a big 77" OLED...he likes to brag! Geek Squad took all COVID precautions....and communicated clearly with us.

No comment.No mounting done or needed I was charged $250.They nerely hooked up my tgcan wouldn,t give my debit card a credit.They mailed me a $50 gift card which I doubt I,ll ever use.

Technicians we very quick installing my new TV. Gave tutorial on how to use new tv and programmed the remote.

Excellent service, speed and to my specifications/needs in hanging a LG OLED CX77, and routing cables through wall plates as requested.

The Technician came on time, respected our safety, explained what was needed and requested our input regarding the mounting of our TVs. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with the work that he completed.

I would highly recommend the geek squad to install a tv. They were finished within 2 hrs of arriving at our home. They installed the power source, tv mount and mounted the tv. Also he made sure I was clear on the operations of the tv

The young man that came out to install our Tv bracket went far and above what he needed to do. He was very patient and kind! My Husband has Dementia and this item along with the Tv were installed in our bedroom...my Husband slept through the whole thing! Lol Definitely would recommend your service and store with family and friends! Awesome Service!!
