Great 4 K TV

I'm glad they did. I'm enjoying the great picture! The Geek Squad completed a professional installation. I am pleased with this product.

They could not be more helpful when setting up the TV and explaining everything. Cleaned up the mess and did not leave until they were sure I was confident in using my new tv

TV installed 15 days late.

This was a pure inconvenience as it resulted in multiple back and forth and considerable delays because Best Buy/Geek Squad failed to effectively manage their team. Do not accept service via their third party team. That being said, the guys did a great job installing my TV and the store owner made it right and refunded the install.

IN the time it would have taken me to open the boxes and read the directions, they were done and gone! They are worth every penny!

The Geek Squad hung my television perfectly, with sound bar just below, and hid all wires behind the wall. It's the home theater I always wanted. Thank you, Geek Squad!
