The team that came to install the TV and mount it to the wall did great. Helped set up the PS4 and sound bar, WiFi. All has been working great. Loved the work done.

They were on time and very professional. They made sure I knew what was going on before they started drilling holes in the wall. Which I greatly appreciated.

The total tech crew performed a marvelous job installing R2 new televisions and associated audiovisual equipment to support it. This was a complicated setup as it involved replacement of our cable modem router 4K television indoor and outdoor units. Also needed to include cable modem connection as well as streaming support for our outdoor television. Cables were routed efficiently and cleanly through the walls though I did have power connections available prior to their arrival. The team is very knowledgeable with their product and helpful with set up.

The friendly service tech arrived on time and installed the TV and was in and out in less than half and hour, set the TV up with internet access and he was on his way ....thank you

The agent called me before arriving. Set up the TV on wall . The mount I had for my current TV didn't fit the new TV and to my regret I had to purchase a new one.

Representative mounted my tv...couldn’t have been happier w/smooth operation from start to finish. All went as expected. Overall a positive experience beginning w/ordering service, payment and scheduling.

Mounting was perfect, placed right where we requested it. The installer then explained the use of the remote and the more important settings in the remote menu.

Techs installed a flat screen on the wall of our bedroom and the work was done quickly, neatly, and they cleaned up after themselves getting rid of all left over packaging and materials

Gerry, the geek squad guy, arrived on time. Really did a good job installing and mounting TV and sound bar. Gave some advices too and even threw in a free cable for the sound bar.

Did not have this mounted on the wall had a TV stand that I wanted to put on between my entertainment center. Guys were great from start to finish.

The installation occurred on the agreed upon date. The installer arrived on time, quickly installed and setup the tv and Wall Mount, cleaned up his work, and introduced me to tv’s features. Things could not have gone better.

The installation of two Television sets was adequate but setting the TV’s up was not so great. Had to and have Geek squad to come to set up the televisions.

All I had to do is watch while the experts mounted my new TV and connected it to my DirecTV, Onkyo Receiver, Blue Ray Player and when they were finished theyet showed be how to operate everything. Can't be beat for the price!
