The installer was excellent, worked quickly, helped me find the right placement of the mount, and instructed me on how to move the tv.

I had three TVs mounted by the geek squad. I believe it was Scott who came out. He phoned ahead to give me a ETA and arrived within the appointment time frame. He was very courteous and mounted my TVs faster than I expected.

The young man that came out to install our Tv bracket went far and above what he needed to do. He was very patient and kind! My Husband has Dementia and this item along with the Tv were installed in our bedroom...my Husband slept through the whole thing! Lol Definitely would recommend your service and store with family and friends! Awesome Service!!

Victor and company did absolutely wonderful, clean, quick and very knowledgeable. They had the TV mounted and my house was spotless when they were done all done in less than an hour!

The guys helped me determine the best height to mount the tv. They carefully installed the mount and hung it on the wall. They also hooked up my existing devices and got the tv on. The 65" tv was too wide for one person to install it, so I glad I purchased this service. The installation guys were very friendly and professional. Installed it in about 30 minutes.

The installation was for a 85" led TV. A team of three came out and took down an old 65" and mounted the 85" in the same place. Installation was fast and was done about an hour. However, right before they left the TV developed a flaw in the panel. They had to order a new replacement and then came back out to install again. The team took care of unboxing, mounting, clean up and setup the new TV. All was done quickly and professionally.

The Geek Squad did a great job of mounting and reactivating my 75" smart TV. They were efficient, cleaned up after the job was done, and were knowledgeable and able to answer all my technical questions.

Was expecting "Geek Squad". Instead, TV was installed by an outsourced 3rd party. They should up at the house with my new TV in the bed of their truck. Fortunately, there were no issues with the TV but was expecting something more professional. They were nice guys who did a good job. I had provided new 4K HDMI 2.1 cables. Only AFTER they completed the install did they tell me that they couldn't get one of the cables through the in-wall cable management tube. They setup my AppleTV device behind the TV just sitting on the mount. So far it's working fine but would have been nice if they had consulted me prior to making their own decision. The tube in the wall is 2 inches so there should not have been a problem with 2 HDMI cables. They were NOT equiped to handle this job. They could have easily fished the cables through but did not have the proper tools. Should not have cost me $250 for this job.
