I love this TV! The colors are so vivid. Roku offers so many other choices so there’s always something to watch. This TV is easy to set up and the remote tells you what the battery needs recharging (an awesome feature!). The remote also has 2 buttons you can program as a shortcut to any app of your choice. So glad I bought the Roku instead of Amazon Fire TV!!!

I hired the Geek Squad to do a complete TV installation. They mounted it on the wall and connected all my devices. No more ugly cables hanging behind the TV. A real time saver and worth the price.

Our agent, John, who was assisted by Vince, were outstanding. They set up our new Frame TV and speaker and took the time to explain everything to me. Afterwards when I had an issue with a speaker, John returned and checked everything over. All is working well and we are enjoying our new TV.

Professional installation. Installer made sure everything was perfect to the inch. Offered great advice and even stayed until my WiFi Tech Support made sure the TV was online.

The two gentlemen were respectable and explained everything as they installed my wall mount tv today. There is nothing like speaking to a real person in person.

The TV we originally ordered did not work. The installers took it back and had a new one order and was installed the following week. I was not pleased to have to wait a total of 2 weeks. But the problem was taken care of with no further problems

I ordered the Geek Squad, you know, the ones that work directly for Best Buy and drive vans around that have a huge Geek Squad logo on them, usually driven by tech that have been trained by Best Buy to represent their brand, but to also be sure customers are being serviced by people who know what they are doing and have been vetted by Best Buy. Instead, what I got was two guys that showed up in a pickup truck, walked up with a 40" cheap TV in their hands thinking it was mine. No Geek Squad truck and certainly not Best Buy employees, I think the guys who came to install the 86" TV I already had where hired by Best Buy from Angi's List or one of those other handy man websites. The guys were very nice and professional, however they didn't have a ladder which they needed and they could only mount the TV. The problem was, I ordered other services to hide the cords and to install an electrical outlet behind the television, they were unable to install either and ultimately, my TV was mounted crooked too. Don't get tricked into thinking you're hiring Best Buy employees trained to do the work and I spent over $600.00 dollars hiring them. I could have found someone to help me if all I wanted was to hand a TV. Super disappointed and hope this review warned you of what to expect if you think you're paying for the services of trained Geek Squad techs, shame on you Best Buy.

The guys who came to my home to mount my TV was nice & professional

Technician was on time, knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Installation of the tv was so easy and quick.

Worth the price. Communication is good on the Geek squad's side. They are very knowledgeable.

This is the best service to have your TV hung on the wall. They are thorough, friendly and professional through every step. The protect your other furnishings and dona great job. Definitely better then trying myself.

Installation is easy when you know what you are doing. If not, pay for Geed Squad service. It will protect your investment in the TV and reduce frustration.
