Mr. TYRONI the tech was knowledgeable , respectful, understandings of my lack of knowledge in smart TV, gave a great turturiel on the subject. Cleaned up asked me questions, made sure I was happy with my purchase. Tested everything once , twice, left me a small quick sheet to remember things. A very reliable person pleasent, to learn from . 10 STARS......... My tv is a joy to view and relax . Thankyou Mr .TYRONI , this is one of several reasons I purchase from Best Buy......JDS.

The Sony t.v. and Geek Squad - Great!!!

Geek Squad a must have for larger TV installs

The showed up on time were very clean in their work and even with an older home and above fireplace mounting situation figured out a safe and secure way to get my TV mounted.

It allows to turn TV left-right by about 15-20 degree and tilt up or down by about the same amount. Easy to use overall.
