The installers came in and did a terrific job. Very satisfied. I was a bit worried because of the size and the weight of my 82" Samsung Q90R tv, I didn't think that the installers would be able to handle it, but they did , and with wonderful results.

The two installers knew exactly what they were doing. More important though was that they first took into consideration where we planned to view the TV and with that in mind made helpful suggestions. At the end of the day a perfect placement and everything cleaned up after. I will use them again.

The Geek Squad did a great job in mounting our 65’ TV. They handled everything with care and it looks fantastic on the wall.

I should have looked at the work better, but when you pay for “professional service” you expect professional service. That’s not the case anymore, I’ve been wanting to install my soundbar and decided to see where the tv mount lag screws were at, that’s when I noticed the very “professional” install. It me of the bolts is not mounted flush not even close like an inch worth of lag screw hanging out and the bolt above it seems like it’s being dragged down by the weight, do not hire these people. This install is absolute garbage. To think I was eventually going to hire them to mount my sound bar and install the outlet behind the wall to hide all the cables but with garbage install I don’t think so. The fact we were having a conversation and they acted friendly towards me, to turn around and leave knowing that’s the garbage work you left behind for a paying customer.

Great install by Geek Squad. They practiced good social distancing. Wore masks at all times.

As stated in my first review, I am disappointed with the cost of installation that took no more than 30 mins. Travis and his assistance were professional and proficient. I was charged additonal $138 to install over the fireplace. I must have missed the fine print. SMH!!!

They came and installed 3 TVs in one day. One above the fireplace. They were efficient and extremely helpful. They answered all questions.

Geek squad came twice due to first tv arrived broken. Second set of guys were AMAZING! Gave a tutorial and excellent advice on how to get optimal sound from our Sony soundbar as well. These guys rocked!

I am an engineer and have always installed these myself but since teh TV weighed 120 lbs I decided to use the installion service. They followed all the same carefull steps that I would have. Really nice guys, professional and efficient.
