Courteous and Professional Installers

They were proactive in their communication of arrival time. When they arrived they were courteous and respectful. Did a great job of removing old and mounting new tv and took the time to assure all my remotes and items worked properly. Highly Recommend!!!

Quick but basic

They used to spend time walking through menus and adjusting settings for optimal performance but now just unpack, attach cables, and be sure there is power.

Great installation Process

Gave me a quick lesson on tv functions and the remote control Fabulous service

LG G2 OLED 65”
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We’ve had a Samsung 65” LED tv before, but this LG G2 65” OLED has raised the bar so much, that it’s hard to describe. We love the Gallery function, the pointer/cursor and we paired our tv with an LG sound bar for an awesome experience! The Totaltech crew did such an amazing job, and we would highly recommend them again.

Top-notch service

They brought additional HDMI cables and an extra mounting bracket for me to buy (the original one I purchased did not fit the construction of the space). We will definitely be using Best Buy’s installation service for all future purchases, as necessary.
