The agents mounted the tv and were not satisfied until it was absolutely perfect. They made sure the tv was set up right, hooked up my Bose speaker and helped me with some of the features.

Agents mounted our 70 inch TV which needed a different wall mount. Fortunately, the agents had the correct mount in their truck.

My house was built in 1940 and therefore has lathe and plaster walls. Given that, I knew that installing a wall mount was going to be a problem. The geek squad determined that my purchased wall mount would not work, sold me one that did work, and quickly installed the mount and the TV. They were professional, quick, and courteous. Five Stars!
