Geek Squad television installation

She kept me informed about what she was doing all through the installation process! Work was done professionally. Tech made sure installation was done neatly and cleaned up after the installation. The technician explained how to program the system and didn’t leave until she was satisfied with everything!

Took too many visits to get it installed

They were neat and precise in hanging the tv and mount. Upon completion they went step by step explaining and setting up each feature on the smart tv. My husband and I already had a Sonos system in place the representatives even walked us through how to play cable movies and apps through the surround sound. When I applied neat, the gentleman packed up all the discarded trash as well as any wiring that might’ve fell. If there was a box to check employee of the month I would recommend Dejuan and John from the Ocala Florida Best Buy!

Even hooked up a sound bar that I had, didn’t have to do extra. Much appreciated! Very efficient and professional service.

Amazing 82" TV.

Excellent Service!
