The Geek Squad was excellent when mounting our new tv on our family room wall. They made sure the height would be perfect and the centering on the wall was just where we wanted it.

Great experience! Technician was punctual, everything went smoothly. Had my tv unpacked and mounted on the wall in no time. Very satisfied!

The agents were on time and set up my tv,attached feet and synched up tv to my entertainment equipment.

I had an appointment scheduled for April 16th between 7 AM- 1 PM for a tv mounting with in wall installation. Today has been nothing short of a disaster. Let me start by saying I had Geek Squad do installs on my other TVs last week and the customer service was amazing and the installers were super polite and called the night before and the day of to let me know when they were coming and I loved the installers for the professionalism and taking the time to tell me how to use the mounts. April 16th's service was quite the opposite, the installer never showed up, never called even after calling customer service 4 times and customer service advising the installer would be calling. The install was suppose to happen between 7-1, they never showed up and it is now 5 PM. No representative ever called at any point. I ended up calling Geek Squad to reschedule due to not having faith or trust that the installer would show up or have any customer service ethics. I took a half day off from work originally and ended up taking the whole day off because the installer never showed, so I used a vacation day and lost money because of it. I would like to file a complaint with whomever the 3rd party was that was contracted for this installation and hopefully have them taken off Geek Squads list of trusted installation companies. Once again I cannot speak highly enough about the geek squad installers I had last week do the install and hope that every customer ends up with the amazing crew that I had the first time and not the horrible experience I had this time. In the end customer service rescheduled me with a geek squad installer instead of a third party. I called Geek Squad to file a complaint for the company and they told me they do not handle customer complaints and to email customercare@bestbuy.com and when I received an email back they said the complete opposite which was super frustrating, they advised me to call Geek Squad for a formal complaint. Customer Service outside of the technicians is almost a joke, sounds like no one wants to deal with customers. I also spent the extra $199 for total tech support.......... Lastly the procedures for the third party companies are outrageous, Geek Squad cannot contact the installers directly and have to contact the company to reach out to the specific installers essentially just being the middle man. On April 21st I had the rescheduled appt for the company never showing up. The crew that showed up was also amazing and called before they were coming and even called to give me updates for time frame which was greatly appreciated. Their customer service was great, they were a third party not geek squad as requested but I honestly could care less because these guys were super attentive and caring. They even apologized for the other company not showing up for the last appointment (Not their company). In the end stick with Geek Squad techs, or roll the dice with third party.

I wanted to have an installation equal to or better than the product I bought. I wanted the TV straight and all the proper heights and angles. They did a great job.

My experience with the geek squad for the first time was as expected and then-some! They came prepared and also had a mount for me for a second TV I decided to get mounted in my newly built apartment! The tech was very nice and accommodating. I even had an issue to where I noticed my soundbar was crooked and reached out to the Tech and he came back in-between appointment times to make it right! Highly recommend Best Buy's Geek Squad for any home TV/Theater mounting needs!

Job well done, satisfied. Expecting to purchase a new surround sound system and have Alex settings it up. Very pleased with his knowledge of products.

Nothing like someone who’s good at their job. Called ahead, came up with everything he needed, asked me where I wanted the tv and put it right there. No issues and super fast. Definitely reccomend

Geek Squad did a terrific job setting up. Gave me great instructions on using tv.

The first time they came out we discovered I have 20" studs not the standard 16" studs. So I had to take the mount I had bought, order a new one and have them come back. Ordering the new mount became some some of a problem itself but not for my agent. When she came out she asked if I had the new mount. I said I ordered it and assumed she would be bringing it with her. Apparently it never got ordered. She was able to order it and have it delivered within a few minutes! The delay in having the 65"TV (bigger than I've ever had) mounted gave me time to change my mind about where I wanted it mounted. So it all worked out for the best!

The Geek Squad did a great job mounting our TV on our wall. They were very careful not to make or leave a mess behind. They were also able to cover holes left by previous mount.
