I had a wonderful experience with Geek Squad regarding their team mounting my TV above the fireplace. These guys were very respectful, thorough, professional, a joy to work with, and completed the job quickly. It was such a positive experience. I was a little nervous to have the TV mounted above the fireplace, but they knew exactly what to do, had all the tools necessary to complete the task, were knowledgeable, very friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and respectful of me and my home. I would definitely recommend Geek Squad to anyone. Their team was awesome.

Those guys were quick and they cleaned as they went along. They demonstrated and stayed to make sure that I understood how to use the remote and navigated me through the channels

The Geek Squad guys did an outstanding job mounting my TV, hooking up the satellite speakers and sound bar, and walking me through the TV settings and remote functions. Glad that they did all of it instead of me!

The Geek Squad technician was very polite and professional. He arrived on time after calling me to let me know he was on the way. On arrival he was very respectful and was aware of what he was supposed to do. He removed the old tv, transferred the mount, and reinstalled the new tv and set it all up with the remote. I would definitely recommend Best Buy to anyone needing new electronics or appliances.

They were professional, expert in the installation of product, provide much needed education on how to operate the product, even though COMCAST, due to a phone number typo made their ability to connect the service delaying these poor installer an hour of their time to connect the tv!!!! I have always loved Sony products, since I can remember, the quality of this TV is insane, Sony is the bomb, just upgraded to this 85" X85K, from a Kdl-60ex645 Sony Bravia that was 10 years old, and never had an issue with it, just wanted an upgrade, I have it hooked up to a strong Denon AVR, with decent speakers, and now have an IMAX Theatre in my living room ! The 4K content will blow you away, Buy this TV, you will not be dissapointed !
