I paid $250.00 for installation of my new 65" Samsung TV that was installed in the wall mount on 9/9/24 upside down and it is slowly sliding out of the mount. When the contract guys left they told me not to touch or move the tv. I checked the wall mount without touching it and saw that it was coming out of the mount. I called & made an appointment for it to be redone with a new wall mount & scheduled for 11/4/24. I called 3 times & was told each time they were on their way - THREE TIMES. I waited NINE hours. No call & no show. I made another appointment and they told me Mon 11/11/24. I called after several hours waiting for a call of what time frame they were coming. Then, I was told the guy was out sick and possibly out for a week and they would try to get someone to my house asap. About 30 min later I got a call and they hope another team will come (1:21pm). Again, no show & no call. I have taken pictures showing that it is close to falling. All the wires are in my wall and it will cause a whole lot of damage to my house when it falls. There are two big construction projects near my house and they are blasting rocks that shake my house and neighbor's houses. This shaking is causing the TV to slide further down from the stim with one small bolt holding it. In addition, one guy from the first team did not have a hand UNDER my old 55" TV as they lifted it up off of the wall mount and the TV came crashing down on top of my glass-top credenza. I was going to give that TV to my family as they are in need of another TV. But, that is out of the question because it is now destroyed. Does anyone at Best Buy care?? I am in my 80's and have lost total faith in Best Buy. What has happened to this once wonderful company that I have been buying all my electronic products from for many many years?

I got great communication with the app to let me know when the technicians would arrive. Then Bradley called to let me know they could come early, YIPPY SKIPPY! They were professional. skilled at mounting my tv, taught me how to work the tv remote. Such kind and professional people.

Crew was professional and friendly. They would not leave until they had answered all my questions.

Theybdid a gr3at job. Communication was great, they mounted the tv when i wasnt home (gad it marked out amd someone else watching the home). They threw away my tv box which was well intended but i was actually trying to save, but i appreciate the thought.

The agent was helpful, informative, professional, courteous, and efficient. Was careful to make sure TV was in a location (height on wall and distance from sliding glass doors) that worked for visibility and would not get bumped into when using the balcony. He also reviewed the features of the TV and made sure the startup settings were completed. Overall a great experience.

I want to give a shout out to Clint and Skylar, Geek Squad installers for the awesome job they did installing the tv mount and tv. They put the 82 inch tv on the wall in the exact spot that I wanted. Very knowledgeable and professional technicians. Definitely will use them again and recommend they to my friends.

The agents were professional and helpful. They installed both TV's but one thing they did install the mount to close to an outlet and the mount is leaning and will need to be fixed.
