Great Geek Squad, Zack Sands and assistant, Excellent, installed our new TV perfectly over fireplace as requested and connected all.

Team communications with arrival time were spot on and team was knowledgeable of product setup. Installed tv just as requested and answered all questions with full explanations.

Ismae was my Geek Squad agent. He is very nice & professional. He did a great job hanging the TV and explaining how my new TV works. He did exceed my expectations.

The agents who came to mount my tv were professional and even shows me with tape how and where my tv would sit exactly. They were very fast too!

Agents very knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions and gave guidance on usage. Mounting and set up was excellent.

We had our TV mounted above our fireplace. We also have cement walls in our condo so that was also tricky. This mount has 6 screws to hold it vs the standard two screws. This mount pulls out and angles beautifully so it can be seen from many angles. This mount is only $50 more and the peace of mind is well worth it.

Agents were very knowledgeable and took their time on the install. Highly recommend and don't wast your time on any other service or even doing it yourself.

The installer was very efficient and fast. He took pride in the quality of workmanship & was very neat. He took the time to setup the TV and went over the features and how to work the remote & TV.

These guys are a GODSEND!!! Geek Squad has helped me set up home theaters at two different addresses, and they're available to troubleshoot as issues arose. They also recently came to my rescue when the 3rd party refrigerator installers botched my fridge install. Beyond that, Geek Squad's teams are all so knowledgeable, polite, and tidy. What more could you ask?!?

The agents quickly mounted TV and connected it to everything. No problems except for Fire Stick remote did not work. We had to get a replacement.
