The agents quickly mounted TV and connected it to everything. No problems except for Fire Stick remote did not work. We had to get a replacement.

Removed old Tv from wall and installed the new TV. The work was done fast and effectively. Will definitely use this service again for my wall installations of TVs.

The agents that came to my house that day to remove my old tv and install my new tv were highly trained friendly professionals. They explained everything that they would be doing with the new installment and it took them no time to have everything completed and running. Once the tv was installed and hooked up the agents went over in specific detail how the tv and remote worked. These guys went above and beyond explaining everything and can’t thank them enough.

This was my biggest 65" Samsung 4K Smart TV purchase, and it was on sale for $399.00 and insignia sound bar for only $50.00. I am so happy with my TV and sound bar purchase and enjoy watching my movies/TV shows and listening to music and able to hear everything so clearly. Thank you Best Buy!!!!!

Geek Squad service was excellent. They arrived late because of warehouse issues but kept me apprised of the status. The technicians were skilled, very knowledgable, and provided technical support after installation to assure our ability to navigate the new TV. They completed the job even if it was well after normal working hours without any hesitation.
