Geek Squad has always done a very professional job when needed. Our installer also exhibited exceptional patience with my disabled husband. He didn’t leave until he was certain he had answered all questions and demonstrated how to operate the TV and navigate the menus. I highly recommend Geek Squad services.

The Geek Squad did a great job mounting my TV and insuring that it worked properly before they left.

They did an awesome job mounting the tv , and making sure it was safely.

Jorge and his buddy I forgot his name were so professional in unboxing neatly the 85” Samsung TV as well as transporting properly and mounting securely and setting it up evenly. They also wore shoe booties upon entering the door and follow safety Covid Precautionary Measure like masks and gloves and disinfecting hands frequently.

The agents were fantastic! Set up quickly and were so nice. The color on my Sony Bravia are brilliant and I love it❤️. Had trouble w sound but they fixed that right away.

They mounted 2 TVs as my monitors & calibrated both for my computer. I connected my computer to the 2 tv monitors. They waited to make sure I was comfortable with the height of both TV monitors & worked properly. At the office I have 2 monitors & since I’ve been working from home during this pandemic, I could no longer survive working on a laptop. Great Customer Service!!! Thanks

I had best buy/geeksquad mount my 65" TV on the mantle above my fireplace and they did a superb job at a great price, easy to schedule, the guy was super professional and informative. Couldn't ask for a better service with this honestly. Still holding strong to this day and I got a swivel mount so I can move it around. Very sturdy.

Geek Squad mounted TV on our basement wall - rec room

The Geek Squad called me prior to arriving like I asked them to, which was great since I had to leave work to go home and meet them. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Unfortunately the TV was mounted crooked by about a 1/2 inch, but when I had them come mount another TV for me they fixed it immediately. If I had to give a negative comment it would be they didn’t wear booties. I have a no shoes in the house rule, but it’s also my fault for not asking them to put them on. Great group of guys, will definitely be using them again.

The team that I stalled out tv did a great job. They took their time to make sure everything was done right and level. Very professional and courteous.

The installers that mounted my 86” LG TV did a fantastic job. They had to do a frame-out in the book above my fireplace to support the weight of the TV. 5-star job! See before and after.
