The Squad installed two tv's recently. They were very professional and did a good job

This is a service I will always get in the future. These guys got here when they said they would, went right to work and showed us everything on our new tv, and answered all questions.

The guys did very good job overall. Mounted smart our new 75" smart LG tv & got it logged in & set up to internet & streaming services . .&Gave us very brief overview on how it worked & the remote.. (Maybe would have like alittle help getting started with Google assistant that works only fait for us on this Tv, but overall they did great job with set up) Also hooked up LG 5.1.2 atmos sound bar via optical cable. LG sound bar sounded great on some setting, but very poor on Ai setting & other setting.- they had no insight as to why . They thought might be bad sound bar , so i exchanged for new one & same thing; ..but since good setting sound great, i overall happy with it . dolby atmos not impressive on this sound bar

Geek Squad Premium TV Mounting (TV Connect and Setup) was awesome. Technicians were professional, friendly, and helpful. The install was done with very little damage to the walls.

This was our 2nd purchase of a large screen TV, but we really jumped up from our old 52" Sony to a 75" Sony. The old and new TV's were wall mounted, and I wanted the assurance that if anything went wrong with the new TV that the Geek Squad would take the set off the wall if needed and take care of the repairs. The delivery and installation was flawless, and the crew assisted in connecting everything up to our existing home entertainment network. Cudos to the crew and Best Buy for offering this service.

Installation was with a contractor of Best Buy, not geek squad. Excellent service. Professional and skilled.

Brandon was amazing. He and Josh were so pleasant and professional. They had the work quite well organized. They kept the area cleaned as the work was done. Brandon sat with me and set up everything I needed for viewing pleasure. He explained many of the details. I feel that I could call him if I have questions.

Geek squad came to my house and mounted my TV ,couldn’t ask for more better work than they did

The young men entered my home, put on shoe covers and were respectful of my home and myself. They worked quietly and efficiently and explained how use the system. Asked if I had any questions and if I needed a review or practice run. They were professional.

Geek Squad installation. I didn't have to do any work. I liked the young man who did the work. I will ask for him again when I buy something else

Two guys did the installation. Very professional throughout. I had a different mount I had purchased but they discovered it would not work. They were able to provide a suitable mount without having to setup another install appointment. They did a great job of walking me through the features after installation.

The agent took down my old TV and relocated it then mounted my new TV, threaded connection wires through walls o and hooked up to surround sound and outside zone

I had my 77" Sony TV mounted. They basically showed up on time, did a stellar job, and very little was requested, quick and simple.

Team of installers arrived. Needed to have at least 2 for the size of the TV. Installer was familiar with the mount and installed it very quickly. TV is up and on wall. Worth the charge not having to do it myself.
