Geek Squad Agents mounted and installed our 55" TV and connected the sound bar (optical cable makes this easy). They were friendly, informative and efficient. They completely cleaned up after they were done- floor (pieces and dust), wiped TV down, and removed all trash and boxes. They made sure to inform us of controller use and tv operating system settings and acclimated us to the overall tv system and sound bar functions. They answered all of our questions and it was well worth paying to have them professionally mount and adjust the tv and system.

The reps secured a new wall mount, and then mounted the new tv. They wete quick and neat.

We ordered a TV mount, install, and TV. We had to change the initial TV order and everything completely blew up. We had to cancel out the mount and install, not just the TV. I had to call 2-3 times to attempt to reschedule. We ended up just cancelling everything because customer service couldn't setup the install on the new TV. After we called an cancelled, we received a call back and they were able to figure out how to reschedule the mounting and TV install. I don't know what cause the problems, but it was an absolute fiasco.

My agents were on time, courteous, asked my opinion and respected my requests.

This is the 4th TV I’ve had mounted by them and it has always turned out great! It’s great we have the Total tech and it’s only $50!

Great service!! They were in and out in no time and positioned my mount perfectly even with having to avoid holes in the wall from a previous mount.
