Excellent service

He was on time, efficient, neat, polite, and explained what he was doing and why, answered questions completely, double-checked his work to make sure the 2 TV's he installed were both working properly - in a word, he was professional. Worth the cost...

He showed me what I needed to know in order to enjoy this new item. On top of that, he cleaned up after himself and left my home almost in better shape than it was when he arrived. He was completely professional and answered all of my questions without making me feel foolish or that I was imposing on him. I rate him an excellent individual and look forward to working with Best Buy/Geek Squad for future purchases.
