People were very professional, pleasant and hardworking. Arrived on time, had to overcome some issues when mounting our TV due to hard concrete wall it need to be mounted on.

The guys that came to mount my TV was nothing short of AWESOME. They took the time to set up the TV and explain to me all the bells and whistles.

Geek Squad on-site service professional and complete: installation over fireplace including new Samsung 65” TV, mounting equipment and soundbar, all from Best Buy.

The crew took care of everything; disconnecting the old, reconnecting the new.

The Total Tech crew came over and mounted 3 TVs. Two of the mounts were purchased from a 3rd party. They knew what they were doing and TVs look good mounted on the wall(s).

Can not say enough about the Geek Squad service while installing my T.V.. Totally professional, courteous, and helpful. They went above and beyond to assure my satisfaction. Thank you very much!

We can not thank Mario Morales enough - he was so patient with us and went over set up several times. There is so much these tv's can do these days - there should be a course on this! I would definitely recommend this set up with the Geek Squad!

This is one of best thing I did buying my Samsung Frame TV to have Geek Squad Agents install it. The agents who installed our TV did an awesome job. They asked what would make our tv viewing perfect. Then went out of their way to fill our wishes. The end result was perfect.

Peter and his helper (I’m sorry, I forget his name) were Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to help us resolve an issue that we had with the previous television installed (bad screen) and get the new television set up and explain to us some of the differences in the technology we purchased d vs some of the other available TVs. Overall, we would gladly choose this service again and work with Pete, or other Best Buy technicians. Overall the experience was very good, damaged first tc included.
