Technician was great: scheduling is terrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Leo the tech was great, installed The Frame and soundbar with care, detail and setup the devices after mounting. Scheduling Geek Squad is a pain. you cannot get ahold of the local office as there is only the central 800 #, mostly of reps who do not speak english well, details are then not transferred to the local agent and rescheduling begins. It took 5 attempts to get the last service scheduled.
