Need help with these features with with the Samsu

Since there's more to it than just turning the TV on and off I was hoping to get some help from customer service on how to work together features. The arc mode is supposed to turn on when you enter the room and turn it self off when no one is in the room but I have not been able to figure How to use this feature. I thought someone from the Geek Squad would come out and show me all the different features with this $2000 television But so far I have not been able to get any help. Very disappointed In this part of the customer service

Wall mount of my 55 inch TV

Tv mount install was ok…

I wanted to add a in wall power surge but unfortunately the agent didn’t have the correct one on him…luckily I was able to purchase one from the store but have to schedule another appointment. I would caution BB to instruct there agents not to mention they have other appointments behind them as it makes the current customer feel there being rushed. But overall satisfied with product and install.

Great service and a great product.
