I purchased an 82" TV to replace an already wall-mounted 65" TV. However, the 65" wall mount had to be replaced to account for the new TV's size and weight. I didn't want to take any chances with my new investment so I scheduled BB's in-home mounting service. I had previously picked up the Total Tech Support annual and as a perk I was able to set up the mounting service for $49. The installers arrived on-time. They were able to complete the installation within a half-hour. The mount was placed perfectly in the area I had asked for and the TV looks great.

The TV was mounted professionally & the soundbar was installed. The agents even explained how to use the remote control for both TV & soundbar as well as answered all our questions.

I have mounted large screen TVs in the past with help from friends/family, but was not willing to do it myself for a TV this large. When Geek Squad came, the installers were really personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. Even when they realized the TV mount I had bought for the service wouldn't fit in the desired area, they had one in the truck for purchase that worked. Would totally hire Geek Squad again if I needed help mounting another television.

Best Buy came in to set up my sound bar and the new LG C3 TV I have. Who was professional careful and thorough and setting everything up. When he was all finished and packed up, you never knew they were here. It was so clean.
