The squad was timely and called ahead. They explained what they were doing, and very respectful. Kind and helpful. The only thing I thought about was the height they put the TV. They asked if the height was good and I asked for it to be lower. I should have had it installed lower. I'm not sure it was feasible because there is a light switch, leaving about half a foot below where it is now. They showed me how to use the new remote. Very, very pleased with the service.

Thank goodness I decided to have them mount our television for us. No way would I have been able to figure that out nor have patience to do it. They were professional and very polite.

Geek Squad Crew called in advance, arrived on time and proceeded to remove existing wall mounted TV. Installed TV that had been shipped to new home that arrived damaged. Team diagnosed TV as being inoperative. Took my order for replacement OLED and delivered and installed new unit later that same day by making a special return trip. Set installed and activated with new router. Could not be more pleased with the Geek Squad service.
