Mount does what it supposed to do and mount the TV to the wall. Very easy to use.

Excellent installation and help with using our TV!

They do everything for you. Take the tv out of the box and put the mount on it and get it where you wont it on the wall... make sure you have your own all mount.

My TV was installed at the previous home so I had to wait for that to be brought to my home after. The whole process was overall frustrating with not much remorse. The TV was mounted fine though.

I have dealt with other employees for Geek Squad and never had an OK experience. Patrick was able to solve the problem to make sure my TV and mount was secure and also took the time to install the aftermarket mount and instructed me on how my new LG 70" works. I am always very pleased with the Geek Squad extended warranty services, this was the first time I had them come out to my home to do any work. The TV was mounted well, and I definitely like that it is covered as far as if it were to fall off the wall the TV would be replaced at no cost. I was a bit disappointed to find that after The Geek Squad left the TV had not been updated, it was not connected to my wireless network, My streaming services were not set up, and the wires were left in a bit of a rats nest. I would still recommend it, just be prepared to watch over the production to ensure that everything is done to your satisfaction.

INSTALLED QUICKLY. i JUST THINK YOU CHARGE TOO MUCH FOR INSTALLATION. GOOD WORK BUT WOULD NOT REFER FOR COST OF SERVICE WAS TOO MUCH. IF IT HAD INCLUDED THE MOUNTING DEVICE THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN REASONABLE
