Worst experience!

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.320676746 Paid $400 to get my 55 inch tv mounted on top of a fireplace. 1. Placed the order online but the date didn’t save so had to call them back to pick a date and I lost my slot that I booked 2. Paid the extra fee to get specialized mounting but the tech (not a geek squad member) arrived with no tools for a stone wall mount 3. Had to call Geek Squad almost 5 times to get all of this straightened out as they could not cancel while the order was in progress. 4. Had to place another order and cancel the original so at one point I spent $800 while waiting for my refund 5. Finally the tech arrived and says my Mantel Mount TV Mount is something that won’t fix as they are scared of being liable for it being falling off so they sell us a mount on the spot (for some reason they had a mount on them) 6. Asked for a compensation for this horrible experience and they gave a $75 gift card for all the waste of my time they caused. 7. I would go with someone local the next time..
