I bought a 50" Frame TV and once they got it perfectly mounted it became obvious that a 65" Frame would clearly work better. No problem they came back a few days later with the 65" and swapped it out. So pleased with the professionalism of the installation.

Geek squad saved me time and found a problem

Geek Squad saved us from a $2200 mistake

When they were preparing to set this items up, they noticed hat your current TV and sound bar was fine -- it was the crumby DirectTV box that was bad and causing all of the problems. They did not install the new TV and sound bar and returned them to the store and saved us over $2200. This is what customer service is all about. COMPLETE HONESTY. Thank you Geek Squad and Best Buy. When I do finally need these items, I will not go anywhere else to get them!!!!!
