Great installation team, poor scheduling.

The process of getting them to the house was frustrating in every way. It was scheduled 4 times, two of which I stayed home from work and both appointments were no shows. The third appointment was bumped one day as well. On the phone 4 separate times. 46 minutes 42, 23 and another short call.

Great job mounting my 55" TV

I also wanted a larger TV for the space. Geek Squad did a fantastic job taking down the old mount (however, they did forget to remove it when finished!) and making sure the new 55" TV and wall mount was safe & secure in the basement. They were clean & efficient, and also set-up 3 other TVs throughout the house.
