It was a really great experience! Two techs came and it took less than one hour. I need to call about the soundbar though- some times it just is out of synch- others, it is just fine.

Tiffany showed up on time and was very personable. She did a great job of mounting my new TV to the new stand, and then totally programming it to all the streaming services. She also did an outstanding job of explaining to me, a total new technology idiot, how to use it. I am a happy streaming camper.

They mounted my TV but when moving my console damaged my dry wall. Noticed that evening when lighting my fireplace. My whole house was freshly renovated ….. disappointed!

This is a great fit for our location/needs. Basic but excellent picture.

It would be nice if the installers had a routine that they walk through with new clients. Something with the most commonly used settings and maybe some materials to refer back to. It sucks having to call the geek squad for every little thing.

The geek squad mounted the television, hooked up all cables and all my accessories. Explained how to use the remote and all applications available

The two young men that delivered and set up the tv were professional and polite, and were knowledgeable regarding all my technical questions. Cudos to you!
