Great Geek Squad install

Nice Job

The only negative is the 1st technician arrived and had to wait 45 minutes for the 2nd technician to arrive. The work was completed in fine fashion...looks very good on the wall.

Geek Squad trouble

They pushed my install 3 times. Call customer service 5 times hung up and lost call 5 times. Told 2 different reasons why install was impossible. Unless pickup at store is possible will not use Bestbuy again

The misunderstanding

Supposedly they were here only to deliver the television and not set it up. When I spoke to the person on the phone he told me that they would set up Deliver set it up and program that didn't happen basicallyI had to do myself
